Brigid Andrews is a business developer, team builder and retailer with 20 years of executive level leadership experience at LVMH (Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton). Her driving purpose throughout her career has been people and their development. She knows that at the core people are the heartbeat, the soul and the moral compass that can propel an organization forward to greatness…if they are valued, developed and given a voice.

Throughout her career she has been an active participant in LVMH mentor programs for high potential fast-trackers, building long lasting mentoring relationships with top talented individuals around the globe.  She has been an Expert on Call at Georgetown University's Entrepreneurship Alliance since 2017.

She is certified in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) through Rutgers University and has earned an ACC from the International Coaching Federation. She is a certified practitioner in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step 1 & 2.
